Hancock Park

Modern Art Deco Glamour

Our renovated 1920s home, situated near Melrose, Koreatown, Wilshire, and Larchmont Village is next to the Wilshire and Western metro line. With a walk score of 92/100, you can easily get to great coffee shops, the local farmers market, or grab authentic food from around the world. And for those evenings at home, hit up the onsite gym, built in BBQ, outdoor fire pit, or co-working living room.

This diverse and vibrant community is a gem of a home in the midst of all that Los Angeles has to offer. Hancock Park is the new IT place to be in LA. As one of the most popular sections of Los Angeles during Hollywood’s golden age, many historic buildings, bars and restaurants have been preserved or restored to transport patrons to another time.
